Welcome to TrackTop. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrackTop apps and websites at https://tracktop.top (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description
TrackTop provides automatic time tracking and productivity tools, including activity timelines, categorization, focus timers, reports, and optional cloud sync across devices.

2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
Access to certain features requires a paid plan. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes. Prices may change; we will notify you in advance of material changes.
Refunds: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting bartzalewskidev@gmail.com.

4. License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal or business productivity. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software, nor use it to monitor individuals without their knowledge or consent. Do not interfere with the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of applicable law.

5. Ownership
TrackTop owns the Services, including all related intellectual property. You retain rights to your own data and content you enter into the Services. Using the Services does not transfer ownership of any TrackTop rights to you.

7. Availability and Support
We strive to keep the Services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features from time to time. Support is available via bartzalewskidev@gmail.com.

8. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends, but Sections 5, 9, and 10 continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy of time tracking categorizations or reports.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackTop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the 6 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and notify you by email for significant changes. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
